The Dashboard Top Panel provides a quick overview of key information and navigation options to you. It gives immediate insights into the performance, status, and important actions related to your project.

The Dashboard Top Panel comprises:

  • Project, Content, Design
  • Project Panel
  • Support and Resources
  • Notifications
  • User Account

Project Panel

Project Panel displays the list of your ongoing projects. The panel allows you to search for the corresponding project, create a new project, and access the necessary project easily.

Project, Content, Design

Project, Content, and Design quickly navigate you to your project, CMS, and Visual Editor pages.


Notifications serve as a convenient and efficient way for you to receive timely updates and manage your online store effectively. They alert about the updates, such as new orders, user registrations, customer messages, or system updates.

Notifications provide an organized way to handle essential tasks and stay informed about your updates. You can implement various actions simultaneously on your Dashboard. For example, you can import a product list, or delete items in bulk, and at the same time implement other actions without any interruption. After the process is over you will receive a notification.

To configure notifications, see Settings > Notifications.

Support and Resources

Support and Resources provide you with access to Ucraft and eCommerce community and help documentation, ensuring that you have the necessary resources to navigate the platform successfully, resolve issues, and receive timely assistance when needed. Specifically:

  • Support
    • Ask UC Bot - allows you to contact a bot or live support specialist for prompt responses to your common queries, providing general assistance.
    • Ucraft Community - allows you to interact with other users, share experiences, ask questions, request features, etc.
    • Give Feedback - enables you to give feedback about the platform or report issues.
    • Hire an Expert - allows you to collaborate with experts from Fiverr.
    • Ucraft Software Status - allows you to check the platform status.
    • Keyboard Shortcuts - enables you to view keyboard shortcuts.
    • Download Mobile App - allows you to download the UC Merchant application from the App Store or Google Play.
    • Help Center - navigates you to the help portal, where you can search for user guide articles.
  • Resources

    • Technical Documentation - provides you access to Ucraft documentation hub, where you can find product documentation.
    • Release Notes - provides you access to the release documentation, which provides details about the changes, bug fixes, and new features included in the latest version of the platform.
    • Bug Report - enables you to create reports about errors and issues encountered while using the platform.

User Account

User Account is a drop-down menu that provides access to the user's account settings, projects, and the option to log out (see User Account).
