Thank You Widgets

The Thank You grouping involves widgets that help you organize and categorize your Thank You template page to have a user-friendly interface for your public users. The page is displayed after customers achieve milestones, make orders, provide feedback, and so forth.

Note: In order to access the Thank You widget grouping, open Pages > Ecommerce > Thank You template page and then open the required widgets list.

Adding Thank You Widgets

To add Thank You Widgets:

  1. Go to the Visual Editor from Channels on the Dashboard Left Panel.
  2. Open Pages > Ecommerce > Thank You page.
  3. Navigate to the Widgets list on the Visual Editor Left Panel.
  4. Type the widget name in the search bar or open the Ecommerce > Checkout: Thank You Widgets grouping.
  5. Drag and drop the requested widget from the list on the Layout Canvas.

Configuring the Thank You Widgets

You can configure and edit all the widgets under this grouping using the widget Styles and Settings on the Property Panel.

  1. Go to Styles to modify the necessary configuration of general styling features (see Global Styles). Global Styles are a set of predefined style settings that can be applied to widgets across the website. They provide a constant appearance by defining default styles for all the widget types.
  2. Go to Settings to modify the Visibility of the widget on your website. Specifically, select who can view the widget according to the customer's location, session status, used device type, browser, language preference, etc. (see Visibility Settings).

User Email

The User Email widget displays the email address associated with the customer account or provided during the checkout process. It serves as a confirmation of the customer's contact information and allows for future communication regarding the order.

Once you have added the User Email widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Billing Address

The Billing Address widget shows the customer billing address, which is associated with their shipping information. If your customers need to have different billing and shipping addresses, you can enable them to modify these details as necessary.

The widget provides a confirmation of the address used for billing purposes and ensures accurate payment processing.

Once you have added the Billing Address widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Shipping Address

The Shipping Address widget displays the customer's specified shipping address, which is where the order will be delivered. It confirms the delivery location and ensures that the correct address is used for shipping.

The widget verifies the accuracy of the shipping address to ensure the order successful delivery to the customer's desired location.

Once you have added the Shipping Address widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Shipping Method

The Shipping Method widget indicates the chosen shipping method for delivering the order to the customer, displaying the selected shipping option, the estimated delivery time, etc., for customer awareness.

Once you have added the Shipping Method widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Payment Method

The Payment Method widget displays the chosen payment method used for completing the purchase. It provides confirmation of the payment option selected by the customer.

The widget provides a reference for customers on the chosen payment method with additional payment-related information.

Once you have added the Payment Method widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Chosen Delivery Time Slot

The Chosen Delivery Time Slot widget shows the specific time slot or delivery window selected by the customer for receiving the order. It ensures that the customer's preferred delivery timing is recorded and communicated.

The widget provides the selected delivery time slot, ensuring alignment between the customer preference and the planned delivery schedule.

Once you have added the Chosen Delivery Time Slot widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Estimated Delivery

The Estimated Delivery widget provides an estimated date range for the delivery of the order based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

The widget provides the customer with the delivery time slot of the purchase receiving date.

Once you have added the Estimated Delivery widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Order Summary

The Order Summary widget displays a summary of the customer order, including details such as the list of purchased items, quantities, and other product-related information.

The widget provides an overview of the order contents, allowing the customer to review the accuracy of the items, quantities, and pricing. Afterward, they can edit as needed or confirm the order.

Once you have added the Order Summary widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Order Number

The Order Number widget shows the unique identifier or reference number assigned to the customer's order. The widget serves as a confirmation and reference point for tracking the order (see Dashboard > Settings > Project Details).

If the customer is registered and has an account in our store, they can track their order by its order number.

Once you have added the Order Number widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).

Notification Type Notice

The Notification Type Notice widget indicates the type of notification or confirmation being provided to the customer, such as a confirmation email or phone number. It informs the customer about the type of notification through which they will receive updates or information.

The widget displays the information generated from the Dashboard > Settings > Notifications, where you set up all the relevant details.

You can also define the widget state styles from the Property Panel and design the state styles of Email and Phone Number notification type notice.

Once you have added the Notification Type Notice widget, you can modify its Styles (see Global Styles) and Settings (see Visibility Settings).
