Content Editor/Content Management System (CMS) supports a user-friendly interface and enables content managers to generate, manage, and publish digital content from the admin mode. It allows you to manage media files, change the website style, publish pages, blog posts, and other forms of content.
You can easily access all widgets through the layout and select a particular widget to modify its content (label input fields), and make the necessary configuration of principal styling features from the Property Panel (see Global Styles). Global Styles are a set of predefined style settings that can be applied to widgets across the website. They provide a constant appearance by defining default styles for all the widget types. You can also modify the Visibility of the widget on your website. Specifically, select who can view the widget according to the customer's location, session status, used device type, browser, language preference, etc. (see Visibility Settings).
Accessing the CMS
To access CMS mode in your project, you have several options:
1. From the Project Dashboard:
- Click Channels > CMS.
- Click Content at Dashboard Top Panel.
2. Opt for UC > Content Editor within the Left Panel of the Visual Editor (VE).
3. Click the Dotted Menu of the respective project and select CMS mode within the My Projects section.
CMS Layout
The CMS comprises the following core components:
Shortcuts
The Shortcuts enable you to edit and manage the page content effectively. They provide quick access to frequently used actions and instructions. To access the Shortcuts, hover over the block and manage the content easily.
Using Shortcuts, you can perform the following actions in the CMS:
- Hide the Block within the CMS by clicking the eye icon.
- Click the duplicate icon to create a copy of a Block, which can be then positioned as needed within the layout.
- Reposition the Block by using the arrows to move it up or down within the layout.
With this hover-based and easy access mechanism of Shortcuts, you can quickly change the layout.
Blocks
To manage the blocks on the CMS, follow these steps:
- Click the Blocks on the left sidebar that prompts you to open a drawer that displays the blocks you have added and saved in the VE.
- Add new Blocks within the drawer by clicking the Add Block that appears upon hovering over the block.
- Edit and delete the existing Blocks by clicking the Dotted Menu that appears upon hovering the block on the left side.
- Filter the Blocks by categories, or search and sort them.
Note: You cannot delete and edit the default Block.
The VE also provides the ability to save custom blocks for convenient reuse. This way, you can easily access and add the custom block to different sections of your website without having to recreate it from scratch.
Layers
Layers allow you to easily manage and modify the requested widget over the blocks of layers without affecting other parts of the website. To modify a requested widget on its appropriate block in the layer, follow these steps:
- Click the Layers on the left sidebar to open a drawer that displays the website component hierarchy (header, content, and footer).
- Select the specific widget within the block that needs modification and customize it.
- Search the requested widget among the layers to modify it.
- Click the eye icon upon hovering the block or widget and hide or unhide the widget or block across the CMS.
In the layers unit, you can also change the block Name by double-clicking on it.

The Translations App enables you to translate non-translatable content on your website. The columns of the translations app indicate the following:
- Key Value - Shows the unique identifier or key for each translation.

- Translated Value - Enables the Content Manager to enter or make changes to the translated content.
- Last Updated Date - Shows the date of the most recent update to each translation.

In this mode, you can:
- Click the eye icon that appears upon hovering over the widget to hide the widget.
