Updating SMS Sender ID and Sending Text Messages With Your Company Name

To allow a third-party company to send SMS notifications on behalf of your company to customers who placed orders and provided their phone numbers as contact information, follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare a document with a seal and signature that states your company authorizes the third-party company to send SMS notifications to its customers on behalf of your company (see the document sample below).

Note։ The process takes approximately one month. The signed and sealed document should be printed and sent to the relevant party.
